Microsoft addressed the ongoing issues on X, stating, "Our targeted restarts are progressing slower than anticipated for the majority of affected users," but did not provide an estimated time for a full resolution.

If you’re still experiencing problems, Microsoft suggests trying a few troubleshooting steps, such as restarting your device or clearing your browser cache. However, most users may need to simply wait until the fix is rolled out to their accounts, which could take some time.
